A fantastic cocktail presentation & press conference introducing “The Collection.” A new, exclusive development by Engel & Völkers, one of the world's leading service companies specializing in the intermediation of luxury residential properties on the Golden Mile. Engel & Volkers focus on meeting the demands for new housing construction for a younger clientele. “The Collection” boasts 26 luxury semi-detached villas that started construction on the 16th of August.

The creation of a project on the Golden Mile that will introduce the first semidetached villas with a unique, modern and organic design in an incredible location, walking distance from the ocean and the Puente Romano Hotel. Built with the highest quality materials and designed by prestigious architectural firm González Jacobson, the villas will be built with natural materials such as wood and stone in order to give a feeling of warmth to the complex.
