We attended…

the UNICO Benahavis launch complete with food, drinks and a big dose of sunshine. 

We admired… this boutique project which captures the essence of “A New Way of Living” and its BREEAM certification thanks to its careful work which has been conducted to address its 10 fundamental elements; management, health and wellbeing, energy, water, materials, safety, eco-friendly ground use, pollution and innovation. 

We were impressed by… the sophisticated and qualified team of professionals involved including Milet Oliver for the architecture, Mathieu Levre for the landscaping and Kerstin Schach for the decor. 

Congratulations and a big thanks to… the whole team behind UNICO for creating a stunning result in one of the most exclusive areas on the Costa del Sol.
